Ingredients are normally comprised of pale (Halcyon and/or Otter) , lager , mild and crystal malts . Chocolate malt is used in varying quantities to add varying depth of ruby colouring to the beer . Hops are Goldings and/or Fuggles .The strong ales are fermented down from stronger worts to give higher ABV beers . WARCOP does one-offs during the Xmas period or if asked to do specials for Beer Festivals .
